I had no idea goats were so smart!
I also had no idea how heart warming and fun Goat Yoga would be.
When I arrived at the school the goats were already there giving their student care takers a run around. I had to excuse myself as the laugher and joy was brimming up and out of me almost instantly. There is just something about goats that lifts your spirits.
They nibbled on my sneakers throughout class, got up close and personal with the participants, let the kids pet them, and were very attentive to the lesson.
By the end of class they were doing the poses!
Oddly, I started speaking with a bit of a bleat. It sounded something like "brea-ea-ea-ea-the."
