What will you learn?
Five of the most powerful balancing techniques of the BodyTalk System have been adapted for use by the individual in the home, school, or work environment.
These techniques Cortices, Switching, Hydration, Body Chemistry, and Reciprocals along with the Fast Aid routine make health maintenance and the management of daily health challenges accessible.
Daily health and stress -related issues can be easily addressed with a regular BodyTalk Access routine. Even though the balancing is general, the effects are frequently immediately noticeable
How does it work?
The wellness routine helps to re-establish internal lines of communication within the bodymind. This helps the body to adapt in the presence of stress and other factors that can be detrimental to long term health.
The Access routine is designed to be practiced as a complete set and can be done once a day or more depending on need.
How long is the course?
There are two options available. One full day or two half days. So we can pack it in or take a weekend and make time for group meals.
Classes are taught in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
This is a practical class where techniques are practiced many times on yourself. By the end of the day you will be able to implement it in 10 minutes.

Hydration and Body Chemistry balance the metabolic processes of the body and the entire immune system, helping the body be more resilient to stress and external forces, such as germs and viruses.
Reciprocals helps to balance posture and the physical structure of the body, thus improving range-of-motion, flexibility and overall coordination of the muscles, tendons and ligaments.
The Fast Aid routine combines two of the above techniques to assist in helping the body recover from all sorts of minor to major injuries by shifting the body out of a state of shock and trauma back into the growth and healing mode. Fast Aid is highly flexible, incredibly fast and can be used anytime or place to assist in the recovery from injuries and trauma.
